upgrading a 2004 3.8 v6 from the junkyard

Hello to all as this is my first post. I'm looking for any information on upgrading my 2004 v6 3.8 mustang using any junkyard parts from different ford makes and models. Any information on compatible parts such as throttle bodies, intakes, electrical, ANYTHING at all would be a major help to me. Ive seen large part lists for the 5.0 but not that much for a 3.8. Thanks again to anyone who can provide any assistance.

The junkyard I use usually has makes and models of different Fords from the late 70s to around 2005. Mods I have already done to my stang are: Slp Loudmouth 1 Dual exhaust, PaceSetter shorty headers, K&N cold air intake, Sct Xcalibrator 2 tuner, drilled/slotted rotors w/ ceramic brakes,Changed all fluids to Synthetic ect.
