I changed mine to the FRPP ones when I did my LCA's and catback. It was quite an easy job, much easier than the LCA's (obviously because there are no springs to play with and the UCA bolts aren't blocked by the catback). I would follow whatever instructions come with those, but really it comes down to jacking the car up, supporting the chassis and axle (such that the axle is supported but hanging freely). Then loosen the bolts on the old ones and take one out, put the new one in, and bolt it up. This may take some creative jacking/jiggling of the axle to get the bolts to slide out easily. That's why I'd say do one side at a time so that the other one keeps the axle somewhat in place. Just don't resort to hard hits with a hammer or you can strip the bolt or ruin the mount points. Do the other side, then drop the car down so that the axle is loaded and torque down the nuts.
