Sucks about the guys getting killed just cruising down the highway. Hell, I don't care if they were hitting the nitrous, if the damn suspension system failed then that was a MAJOR contributing factor to the accident!

I have a set of their pro series u/l control arms on my car and they work fine and the welds are great!(good product)
When they were shiped the box riped and some parts were lost and I called them up and told them he box was riped and what I was missing.

They sent me the parts I was missing with no questions asked.

But that is poor customer service on their part in that thread. Atleast UPR is trying to make it right to save their butt.lol

talk about business suicide.

personally i was always iffy about how they could sell such high quality (chrome-molly)products as cheap as they would. so i have never consider their suspension products.

i already learned the hard way, just cause a company has big ads in the mags doesn't mean your getting your money worth, and the customer service that should go along with it. you will get what you pay for, and cheaper will cost you more in the long run. so i wonder once they close up shop what new name they will restart with?

Why is he buying a CAI, and a SCT tune from a company that makes control arms anyway?

That's like going into Denny's, ordering a steak and expecting it to be good.

Hey Jeeves! Buy the stuff that the company is known for from the company that makes it, not from the place that resells it.

It's SCT,....NOT.....UPR

Now let's begin a conversation about the virtues of "canned", "off-the-shelf", "one-size-fits-all tunes", and the prevailing wisdom that has convinced people that this is a good idea.

The level of fail in this thread has just increased exponentially but UPR (the initial topic) has improved significantly since 2009. I'm sure there's a word for that.

I guess the cheapest price, regardless of how hard you worked for it doesn't always equal the best deal.

Here,...ill trump your slam, and raise you two,...I have all UPR suspension products on my car...I don't work hard for my money,...MOF, I'm a pimp, and I let my btchs make my money..but I'm very happy with the UPR products though.
