I am getting ready to put on the Magnaflows on my stang. Before I take the hammer and chisel to the rear valance. Does anyone have some hints on how to make the rear vlance driver side cut out go nice and easy and with good results?

Thanx in advance for your help!

Cliff

Yea, I used a pair of tin snips after I put them on. But get yer pipes strait first and rattles worked out.
Magna went up 50 bucks after I bought mine.

Ok, the Airaid CAI is installed, the Magnaflows are in, not tightened up yet. Time to take a break and get back at it in the morning. The hardest part was getting the over-axle pipe off. The reciprocating saw and a metal cutting blade had it off in 30 seconds. Cutting the valance will come after a good nights rest and time to think about the best way to go at it.

Thanx for the input! I'll let you know how it goes. The wife said she doesn't want to be around when the hammer and chisel start chipping away at the valance.

You can, but you don't have to. JBA is overpriced IMO.

the jba headers are great. They really open up the exhaust note, give quicker revs and a modest increase in power.

The Magnaflows are on, how sweet they are. Cutting the valance was a piece of cake. Now for the Xcalibrator 2!
