Vacuum Lines Photo Question

So can anyone guide me to where each of the lines from the assembly below should go?

I think there are some not right on mine.

In the vacuum line pic below the red line is actually just a 4 inch piece capped off (out of pic). I believe that comes from the TAD and should be going somewhere. The one that doesn't have anything coming into is actually connected to the upper intake. The others go to the egr valve and smog lines.

I am fighting a jerking bucking problem at 1500 rpm and below and working through that in another thread but want to make sure I don't have a vacuum line connection issue here.

So after searching and reading through google images, websites, and forums I am pretty sure my vacuum lines are incorrect.

From what I have found they should connect as such:
Green --> EGR Valve
Red from upper intake for vacuum supply
White to TAD
Black to TAB
5th spot is not used.

I have to double check but I am pretty sure my Red is capped and the 5th empty one is the one from the upper intake. So the EGR Valve is probably not getting the vacuum from the solenoid needed.
