I installed the Transgo shiftkit and the draining and R&R of the valvebody was the easy part. You need a really big drain pan, new filter and I recommend a inch pound torque wrench. The only tricky part is the spring mechanism for the TV arm, look real close how it is in there so you get it back together right.
When you remove the valvebody much more fluid comes out so be ready.
