I know of a 700R4 (yeah, I know it's chevy) that responded way better to a trans-go valvebody over a shift kit for firmer shifts and holding gears. While you're in there, might as well do it right.

If you have the money to swing it then get the valve body.

VB definitely. The compariosn would be something like the VB can essentially re-design parts of your tranny, while the shift-kit will just adjust it.

Shifts will be at or close to redline and should put you back in your seat.

If possible, buy the valvebody and put it in. I did a kit in one of my almost dead C4's and it kept it alive, but I put a TCI valvebody in the C4 I rebuilt to go in the car, and it was awesome!

so the VB will rearrange my shift pattern to
PRN321?
And i can hold all 3 gears and shift when i want and then put it in OD

Will manually shifting the car in normal driving hurt the tranny??
