Valve cover gaskets..cork or rubber?

Which ones have you had the best luck with and where did you purchase them?

Felpro #1645.... 5/16" valve cover gasket (Cork-Lam Cork-Rubber w/ steel core) this is a great gasket....i just call my local parts store and give them this # and manufacturer... felpro #1645 and if they dont have it in stock usually they can order it and get it in the next day....autozone or advance auto parts should be able to get these for you.

So these seal pretty good huh?
I guess the steel core help to stop over-torqueing?
I may have to give them a shot.

exactally, and there is no problems with gasket slipping or breaking when your installing...

These were oem equipment on my 93 and I have had the VCs off many times and still have the stockers on with NO leaks.
