This is the 2nd time this has happened in 2 months, for some reason my drivers side valve cover keeps blowing the seal and blows oil at full throttle. Any Ideas?

If you're sure it's the valve cover, your valve cover may be bent - put a straight edge on it.
Have you tried using a rubber coated steel gasket? Don't use any RTV and don't over torque.
The rear of our intakes like to leak also - oil could be getting blown around from there. Sometimes the oil sending unit will leak and the oil will get blown up around the valve cover area from air coming under the car.
Good luck with it - just got done fighting a small valve cover leak on my Mach 1 a few months ago... I won, there is hope.
