Engine Valve Cover Oil Fill Tube

Those of you running Ford Motorsport valve covers with the 1/4 turn ports, my set did not come with the oil fill tube or breather. Where can I get an oil fill tube with the vac line fitting? I liked how my old stock cover had it but this setup is a bit of a pain with those small 1/4 turn breathers attached. Also would like to find something to cap off the port on the opposing cover since I am running PCV.

I looked on the internet and can't Ford Motorsport stuff anymore. Is all 1/4 turn stuff the same?
