valve cover

I stripped the whole where the valve cover bolt goes into the head on my afr heads and i was wondering what is the best way to fix the stripped hole?

helio coils, i think thats how its spelled, basicly u make the hole bigger to acompany a bigger screw then u put in the helio coil and that makes it so the original screw fits.....nifty thing, ast the auto parts store

you can probably drill it out depending on how it broke and avoid the helicoil.

Im pretty sure you can just buy a tap set from autozone or something. Ive had to use them when i stripped out the hole putting my lower intake on.
