I have edelbrock aluminum performer heads p/n 6037 with 1.90 and 1.60 valves. The crank split and bent 4 valves. I found edelbrock replacements on summit but they are 27.00 a piece. I found some other ones from REV in south florida for 8.00 a piece and they measure as follows:

Ext 1.60 dia. 5.075 length .3415 stem dia and .395 tip length
Int 1.90 dia. 5.075 length .3415 stem dia and .395 tip length

My question is: will the REV's fit? I cannot find any info on the Edelbrock valves to indicate overall length and tip length so I want to make sure before I order them. Any input as to fitment and quality would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I can't find my caliper to and verify the numbers on my old Edelbrock valves, but the numbers you listed (sound) right.

For sure DO NOT buy the Edelbrock valves, they are cheap valves. As for the REV's, I have never heard of them and couldn't say if they are a good valve. I recommend you contact Thumper http://www.thumperoforangepark.com/ he can supply you with the right valve at a good cost. Make sure you check your other valve hardware to, depending on how old the springs are you may want to replace them now while you have it apart.
