Valve spring help

Hey guys Quick question. I just bought a new cam from comp cams. What type of valve springs would work well with this cam.Im not sure how strong of springs to use. Any suggestions would help. Thankyou. Heres the specs:

Cam Style: Hydraulic flat tappet
Basic Operating RPM Range: 1,800-6,000
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift: 230
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift: 236
Duration at 050 inch Lift: 230 int./236 exh.
Intake Duration: 274
Exhaust Duration: 286
Duration: 274 int./286 exh.
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.520 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.523 in.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.520 int./0.523 exh. lift
Lobe Separation (degrees): 110
Intake Valve Lash: 0.000 in.
Exhaust Valve Lash: 0.000 in.

Contact Comp Cams, they prob. have the ones you need.

If they do not have the springs you need, they can give you the specs. on them.

Hmph, i thought sbfs from the late 90's were roller? or am i wrong..?

The part number on your cam is: 31-246-3, that cam is a horrible choice for a 5.0, unless youre working on something much older its a bad choice. If youre gonna run that you need to change the pushrods and lifters too. If you're really planning on installing that into an SN, send that thing back and get the right roller cam. I dont know what else your running, but the 35-312-8 is pretty close.........
