valve springs

What valve springs should I use with an e303 cam? And what else should I do while I'm in there.

So none of yall know what springs would be a good choice for this application?

take them to a machine shop and get a valve job and new springs. there are a couple of choices. trickflow, comp, ford racing. when i pull my heads off im getting the new springs, port work, and 1.94/1.6 valves. when i first got my heads i got them tanked, valve job, and resurfaced for about $180.
