I recently replaced my entire exhaust system from headers back to tips. After I replaced everything I of course started the baby up to hear the rumble- it's sweet. I did notice that I have more of a vibration throughout the entire car, stepped outside of the car and you can defintley see the vibration when looking at the open drivers door shake. I popped the hood and the engine itself is undoubtably shaking more than usual. It's defintely shaking after I put the headers on. It didn't shake any when I did the cat-back. Also, only at idle does is the virbration noticable. It's kinda like put a cam in it- but i didnt.

Could it be that one of my spark plugs isn't working and in turn causing my engine to shake like this. Please let me know. Thanks.

Try tightening the header bolts again. Could be a little loose at thats whats causing the shaking. Happened to me! good luck!

Those dag-gone muffler bearings. They will do that to you every time.

You can also run a cylinder balance test to quickly see if the issue is stemming from the engine itself, or is some sort of NVH issue with the new exhaust.

With exhausts that flow more freely, the little misses and cadence that was once masked with restrictions (mufflers, cats, etc) are unmasked and allowed to show up.

Good luck.
