I believe that is an example of what they will send you for $10.00 (and your VIN) if I'm reading it right. Don't feel dumb, it isn't very obvious, is it?

You are correct, for $15.00 he'll send you a hard copy of your cars 'birth certificate'(my name for it). I have one for my car, it's kinda cool. You can run a quick check for free, though.
