Read at least the first page, gets really funny after that!

Cliff Notes:

viper owner takes picture of yellow vette in front of him at stop light..claims he roll raced and won. says he didn't break 4K rpm... other member sees odometer says 355 miles; aka brand new Dodge Viper!

Owner of said vette notices his wife's license plate on Yellow Vette, and is also Owner of another Viper; and fellow member of said forum!

Vette never even tried to play with the Viper apparently.... owe and the NEWB called the other guy and his wife IDIOTS!

I have always wanted a Viper.. since I was like 8. loved the sound of the v10! heck, who knows, I might even own one someday.

Viper is dead for a reason, they sold like 1000 a year, to old people and idiots.

(yes that isn't a fair judgement of all viper owners but I've never met one who didn't fit either category )

I always thought the Viper V10 sounded like a straight 6. I know the firing order is funky on them.

Anyway, that thread is damn funny. Like how he completely vanished from the thread.

the one that I remember hearing back then sounded like it had a jet motor in it. who know's what exhaust it had on it, might even had a blower on it or something....that was back in the early 90's when they first came out.
I know I can build my stang to have enough hp/tq to eat any vipers lunch but I would at least like to drive one sometime....then go right back to my stang, throw twin turbo's on it & forget about owning a viper.

I agree. Love the Viper but I've never liked the way they sound. I suppose as a v8 Mustang guy I might be a bit spoiled in that department. lol

what a tool.. they talk a mad game on the vette too! id take a vette over a viper, hand down.

we might be spoiled but the sound of a v10 makes me want to lose it..
the only 10 cyl. i can handle is that of the carrera GT... soooooooo haawwwtt. one of the most amazing sounds on the freaking planet.
