Vortech Belt Question

My belt is going on my Vortech Setup. Going to swapping to a smaller pulley, do I just buy the normal Vortech belt? Will it fit even tho I'll have a smaller pulley?

How much smaller is the pulley? What tensioner do you have on your car?
