Well, my instructions say nothing of the coil cooler, but i don't think it's gonna fit at all. is anyone with a cobra running their oil cooler?

i ditched mine when i put the vortech on, i noticed absolutely no difference in oil temp (mechanical oil temp gauge in car) plus it really cleans up under the hood.

just removing those hard lines and associated hoses and the cooler adapter that is held to the block. when u take the oil filter off you will see the threaded piece the oil filter screws onto. that is the adapter that holds the cooler to the block. once u remove the cooler u can use a regular ford 1a oil filter.

dude there is no converting of anything involved. just remove the useless cooler and move on. by the way, if your going through the trouble and the expense of putting a blower on and i see in your sig u have some motor work, why the f-ck would you want to put it back to stock?

your a brave man. i think if i tried to put my car back to stock it would cost more than what it cost to modify it, or maybe not. who knows.

Back when i put mine on i called vortech about it. The didnt make any test vechiles on the cobra setup.I have mine with the coolant hoses removed with the cooler still on there, havent had time to take the minute to take of the cooler. Having the Gt larger filter would be good to do however with it removed

I left my cooler lines on-just had to shorten one of them I think, no big deal. I didn't want to take them off.
