Vortech SQ on ebay, is it to good to be true

Damn Ebay is to scary for me. I'll only buy from a power selling. Honestly i'll just call and buy it str8 up.

It's too nerve racking for me. I've been dicked 4 times so far, and I've bought nigh 50 things. Those are some nasty odds. I'm getting sick of dealing with people. I'd rather have a machine and computer process my order. :notnice:

Yeah there are actually bids on the items. Unless he can produce ACTUAL photographs of the kits (not Vortech stock item photos), perhaps listing SERIAL NUMBERS, etc. then I'd be convinced a little more. His auctions have fraud written all over them! Even at $1500, that would be below wholesale for a Vortech kit with an aftercooler. Sounds way too good to be true.

He's got one feedback now.. positive rating from a Steeda Subframe Connector.

Also.. he's got two 96/97 SC kits.. if this guy turns out being legit, what would be the difference between a this kit and one for a 99+? i.e. would it fit a PI headswapped 96?

I just bought a used vortech s-trim kit on ebay for my 00 gt for 1600 and as I thought when i bought it, it was definitely too good to true. I just had the supercharger installed and there was a lot of parts missing and damaged. There was no fuel pump, fuel lines were broken, and the list goes on. The guy made it very clear in the add that the kit was complete and perfectly working. It turned out then I could have bought a new kit for 600 dollars more.
