Are the VT stage 1 cams easy to install? and do I have to get the gear set for em too? Thirdly, what kind of numbers are we talking about?

With VT Stage 1 cams, you can re-use the stock springs. but if you get Stage 2s, you need upgraded springs

There was a guy on here that got 33rwhp from Stage 1 cams (he had other mods too though...but still N/A i believe)

piece of cake to install... if u do them the so called "lazy" way. call it what you want tho, me and many others have had no problems with them installing them by using the timing chain retention method.
