ok so i decided i want to chop off the stock tips, and weld in some bigger, flat cut pipes. any suggestions on size, and where to find these...i have a great shop to do the welding, just need a good place to find quality tips, that will fill out the exhaust cut-outs.

SLP tips are sex, I like some of the other brands too... except the hole drilled in them... honestly I'd get a whole cat-back if I were you... I had a hard time deciding between new tips and a full cat back after I had just welded in flows, but... it was worth getting the entire cat-back.

I wouldn't say 45* but close... 3-1/2" tips.

Here's 3 1/2" Mac tips. They fill the cutouts nicely.

They do make a noticeable difference in the tone of the exhaust, too. I am planning on ditching them soon, though. I want to get either a v6 bumper, or some of those Roush sideskirts that cover the openings, because I really love the sound of mine being dumped right over the axle. I'd probably let the pair go pretty cheap, if you want them. The pipe that goes from the tip to the over-axle is polished, too.

those 3.5in tips look good. i like the flat cut over the 45* cut. but i am not interested in the whole catback, my exhaust is complete...minus the decorative tips. shiroelex...is it just the tips you would sell, if not where could i find these online?

Oh, I like my catback very much. I just want to dump the exhaust under the car because I like the sound. I'd be getting rid of the tips and the polished pipe that connects the tips to a portion of my catback. It should be on the Mac website somewhere.
