Need a driver's side rear axle for my 1966 GT. 8", 28-spline... must be from a V-8, not a six-cylinder. Thanks.

The item up for bid is a complete rear end from a 65 mustang. It was replaced with a 9 inch hipo rear end during restoration. This rear end is in great working condition. It came on my mustang I bought in 1978. Never had a problem with it. I put around 35000 miles on it. The differential is geared 2.78:1. It was perfect for the automatic transmission. One of the hubs has a chip in it. The brakes worked fine when I changed it two years ago. The emergency brake cable needs to be replaced. Mounting hardware and all in the picture go with it. If you have any questions please ask.
I listed this on ebay and am running it for 10 days. I have alot from my project that I will be listing so if interested please stay in touch. My ebay member id is MELANAJ8PB2. Thanks
