I was attempting an HID projector retrofit, and while baking my aftermarket smoked headlights I put a curve into the lens. Has anyone had any success with, or have tips for, flattening out such an issue? Before I plunk down another $200 on new housings...
What temp did you put them in the oven at? I did a retrofit years ago, and didn't have any issues with warpage. I wouldn't trust trying to save those lenses. You may have issues with them pulling away from the housings as time goes on.
