I got a set of BBK long tube headers, and the passenger side header was warped a bit in a roll over accident I had in January. My question, is there any way I could get them straightened out? It wont sit flush against the head so there's a constant tapping sound coming from it, and probably a leak. I really dont want to buy a new set, I just got this set back in November and they are great aside from the passenger side one not setting flush against the head. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks

bring em to a machine shop, they can shave them down and zero it out. I had that done on a friends car, they were new and not straight. Perfect seal afterwards.

It's going to be hard to bend that thick flange out. You'll probally need some heat and a nice heavy hammer, like a mini sledge hammer. I got one at home depot that gets the job done. Also get a straight edge so you can use it as reference.

If it was from an accident, I would tend to believe they are not warped, but bent. And it's probably the rest of the tubes holding it from sealing correctly...I don't know how you could really bend a big 1-piece flange. ???
