well in the manual it says no mods at all .Ask your service manager what they will maybe allow most will let you get by with a CAI and exhaust system.
Pullys and chips will void your warranty for sure, from what i have read from others who have posted.i too have a new 04 and haven't done any mods yet waiting for the car to shake down some before i go and do anything need a few K in miles first for me , but thats me can't speak for what other may do .
Mod away but sa other say if you have a problem put back to stock then take to dealer for service. But if they look for mods and see any tampering they may void warranty anyhow.Tehn again they do have to prove your mods was the cause of the problem also. harder to prove and time and money comes into play.

I originally pulled 406 RWHP with just a CAI and catback. There is a lot to gain with just letting these cars breath. Much more than that and you risk loosing warranty. However, you may want to check around, there are some dealers who are willing to do warranty work on about anything from what I've read. Lots of people going to the handheld programmers, like predator or superchips, instead of the installed chips so that the can flash the PCM back to stock and leave no visible signs.

In the end, if you are going to tinker, be probably should be prepared to pay.

I have an '03 svt cobra and with a catback, UPR CAI, and x-pipe I produced 421RWHP. i have recently added a 2.8" blower pulley and predator tune which produced 496RWHP @ 14psi of boost. It is unbelievable how ez it is to make power in these snakes. The pulley definitely voids warranty although with the predator I can re-install factory tune and perhaps be OK. I would start off with some exhaust. I have O/R x-pipe and my car absolutely roars and attracts a lot of attention (especially cops). U may want to consider High-flow bassani x-pipe. A friend of mine has it and it sounds great and still provides decent power.
