Typically, if the problem stems from a Saleen part or system (intercooler pump relay recall, poor fitting c-pillar), then the car needs to be taken to a Saleen authorized dealer.

f the problem is related to a Ford part (fogging headlamp assemblies, poor retracting seatbelts, missing rear brake fasteners), go to any Ford dealer.
I did have a problem with the upper radiator hose contacting the drive belt, shortly after getting my car. On supercharged cars, the hose has to be aligned carefully to avoid being cut into by the belt. I called the Saleen warranty department about the problem, explaining that I did not want to drive the somewhat long distance to the original dealer, since there is one a mile from my house. Under those circumstances, back in 2000, Saleen and the local Ford dealer worked something out and replaced the hose (correctly) under warranty. It was a simple fix. I wouldn't count on Saleen doing that in most cases these days.
I had a major problem with the I/C on my previous Saleen, (a 2000 S/C).
The problem was fixed at a local Lincoln-Mercury dealership that I have used for many years for other vehicles.
Had a bad experience with the local Saleen Ford dealer--will not go there again. (Even bought the car from an out-of-state dealership.)
Saleen handled all the issues directly with the LM dealer and I never had to deal with even one piece of paperwork--and all of this was 6 months after the 1 year Saleen warranty had ended.
