I'd recommend using Meguiar's Quik Wax in between your real wax jobs.

But I've always found my Meguiar's Quick Detailer to work great in between washes.

I've used a few brands... currently using Eagle One's take on it. It's decent at best... not really a good substitue for waxing. But alas it is perfect for a lazy person like me.

Unless you wax your car every time you wash it then these products work great as 10 minute subsitute for a 1 hour waxing.

I use Wax As U Dry in between hand waxes. I like it just to keep the wax job looking fresh. I get a lot of compliments on my car's appearance too.

I use the Eagle Nano wax. Comes in a spray (and paste) that is a caranuba wax. After washing the car it takes about 1hr to apply but it lasts about 3 mon.

I use Poorboys QW+ (spray wax with carnuba) in between waxes. It gives a deep shine and a lof of reflection.
