Most tuners will tell you that the stock COP are setup well enough to handle 600+ hp without having an ignition problem. I too was looking at the MSD coil backs but for an N/A setup without aftermarket cams/ported heads, mostly stock Mustang with intake, exhaust, and a tune arent going to gain much for the price.
