i want to reduce some of the weight on my car...ive taken out the spare and the jack so far and was planning on the back seats....but still deciding if i want to do that. thats where my girls go . any other recommendations on what i can take out? thx
Might wanna pm 95snoozer and see what all he has done as far as weight reduction goes. There are a couple others with a good bit of weight reduction but he is the only one that comes to my mind. Do a search on weight reduction and see what you come up with. Good Luck.
ummm i drive it everyday so im gunna need at least 2 seats, im going to go ahead and take out the backs when i have time. but anything that i can see and makes the car work im gunna want to keep. btw i use my air conditioner so ill be keeping that. but if you name it chances are it will be taken out thx
well despite what peopel may think over the internet about my car, it is my daily driver in the 100+ degree texas heat. I put 13K miles this summer alone
my back seat is partly there because i still carry 3-4 peopel around. i have a partial rear seat delete with the rear bottom cusshion still in.
my steps might seem small, and you may think they are funny, but man do they add up.
dog bone on the rear end
front sway bar
rear trunk carpet is gone along with the board.
smog pump and tubes floor matts
empty all windshield wiper fluid there is in there.
radiator cover
front emblem and bracket
you can ditch your fogs and brackets if you like. I might do that hear soon and install some brake coolers in there.
I prefer stopping to having fogs.
