weird code...

P0156 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 2.

shows on my auto tap .01v on bank 1 and .02v on my bank 2, downstream is rear o2's or front, I have MIL's on the back right rear one is a replacment from bosch.

Downstream Bank 2 is the drivers side one after the catalytic converter.

Check your MIL eliminator wiring if it's the splice in kind to make sure there's nothing loose. If you have the plug in type, make sure water didn't get up in there, and if it did, disconnect it and dry it out.
