This only happens very rarely and i dont know why.

Its usually happens when i playing around with someone or getting ready to race from a role....for instance...cruizin in 1st at about 15 or 20 at about 2000 to 2500 rpm or around there....and then punch it my engine makes a weird rattling noise and smoke pours out of my exhaust not my hood..but if i do this from a stop it doesnt do this only when im cruzing and then punch it from a role under load..any guess..something with the valves maybe???

Noises and smoke are not good things. Is that a typo in your sig about the headers? You really have 1 7/8 headers on stock heads?

Uh..ohhh sounds like ping and ching again. Dude if the rattling you hear is detonation at WOT then you are leaking some coolant in somewhere. Look in your overflow and see if there is oil floating around.

There custom 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" step headers..and yes there on stock heads...they dont hurt my low end torque any by the way...i went ahead and bought these for near future mods....ill be replacing the entire engine next summer..so if i am leaking some coolant in somewhere i just hope it will hold up for another year..i guess ill have to take it easy on her. But i dont see why i would leak any in at that particular time and not at any other time. I check my coolant level all the time and it stays the same...so... who knows. No coolant in the oil either. Ive revved it up when it was cold and got no smoke..which is when i figure i should see the most because of no expansion yet..any cracks or anything should be bigger when its cold...??
