Is anyone running 15x8 welds on 26x10-15 M\T slicks. If so do they sway bad and do they hook good.

I have 26x10.5x15 ET Streets on some old 15x7 rims. At 18 psi, my rear end of my car feels really loose. Like I was fishtailing on wet roads. At 16 psi, it was damn near scary on the 1/8 mile track. At 20 psi, they felt stable.

I only have like 230 rwhp, 4.10s and a 3000 stall. I launch by stomping the pedal from an idle. It's still not enough to break the tires loose at launch. So, yes they hook. With my Nitto 555s, it will spin all the way through 1st and 2nd.
