Man, that's a tough break there Paul. I live in Beaverton, so I see that happening seems like every day and night. If it insn't the photo radar that gets you, it's something else.
Knock on wood...I haven't had a ticket or even been pulled over by Beaverton cops yet in 2 years I've lived there.
