been talking about it for a while and came across one i liked. the color is not my 1st choice but it is growing on me. my decision was mostly based on how well the car was kept and how clean it was.

its a 99 35th anniv / spring package with 77,500 miles and is bone stock. a chin spoiler and wheel stripe kit is all the previous owner done.

sorry for the small attachment pics. im at work and our firewall blocks photobucket and such. i'll post more tonight

Not a big fan of the yellow, but nice car regardless. So what's in store for the '95?

How do you think the two compare with one and other in strait line acceleration as it sits now? You gonna swap over some of the parts from the '95 to the '99? The rear end, shifter, cat back and springs should be a direct swap to your new car.

the 95 is definetly stronger from the start with the pushrod, 4.10 gear and full exhaust. the 99 runs strong but not as strong as the 95. i did lie on my original post when i said the 99 was stock. i bought it stock and that very night, i bought a diablo sport tuner from a local friend for $150. after diablo's performance tune was loaded, the car really woke up. not break-yo-neck performance but a definite improvement. i was very happy with the results. with equal drivers, id be curious myself to see which one would win a 1/8th.

all the performance mods installed on the 95 will go with it. if and when it sells, i will buy a few goodies for the 99 but nothing major.

The car looks nice and clean. I like the 99 up cars and I've drove several of them. They pull pretty good once you get the revs up a bit.

Are you just planning on doing wheels, springs, and, minor mods like that?

yes sir. thats pretty much it.

my plans for it include:

mach 1 grill delete
eibach sportlines / cc plates
o/r x pipe and magnapack catback
18x9 / 18x10 silver FR500s
MM clutch cable/quadrant/fwa
OEM replacement clutch/flywheel ( it does need a clutch )

later on maybe a short throw shifter and subframes

already got the diablo on it. with the exhaust added i wont consider it fast but should be peppy

i wanted to do SO much to the 95 and it was to the point that i just wasnt all that happy with it unless i could get it all done.....i will be looking at buying a house very soon and i just wanted something that i could enjoy with just a few touches and not spend a whole lot. i really wanted a 96-98 cobra but they hold their resale value very well still. i am happy with my choice. however this is my 1st 4.6, im still adjusting

Nice looking car. I like yellow, especially with the black stripes, chinspoiler, etc. I think chrome FR500s would look awesome on the yellow, but chrome takes more time to keep pretty... Nice purchase, hope she keeps you happy for a long time to come!

Nice ride man. I like mod motors a lot......they are smoooooooth feeling. The 99-04 body style is great looking too; better than the 94-98 IMO.
