It was a humid nite as dew was all over my car but the track was a very good prep lots of VHT. I had my 26x10.50x15 M/T Sportsman tires

The air was above 5000 feet first run 8.17 in the 1/8 and 12.98 1/4 mile with a 1.82 60' time 11:08 pm

Second pass 1.79 60 foot 8.12 in the 1/8 and 12.95 at 100.8 mph 11:47pm

Still have a low mph maybe the 65% humidity is holding that back a little.

here is a 13.21 vid from 2 weeks ago http://www.putfile.com/media.php?n=RaceCity
last nite my camera bud left early as there was many delays (ricer blew his turbo big mess)

for some reason the vid keeps crashing Mozilla, which i strange because i have used putfile many times.... But 12.9 sec is pretty impressive, i think. What are you mods?

Here is a funny 1, Procharged with FMIC (10 lbs boost) 5.0 on slicks and a stick.

Was my first run on the Sportsman PROs did not hook, burn out to short 2.0 60'

His dad laughed at my car when he saw the 2.3 badges on my fender.

His best run on the last friday was 13.2 at 102, wish i had got another crack at him with 1 of my 12 second passes.

here is the vid right click and save as

It seems unless you know about the 2.3 turbo engines no one thinks they can be a formidable race car. I was guilty of that until I found this site.

what is your cam set at? straight up?

my mustang has

moderately ported head
ranger cam
ported E6
LA3
T3
3" exhaust
HUGE K&N
Starion FMIC
T5

thats how i got it...we're doing the MAF install, AFPR, better exhaust and tuning

then comes the water/methanol injection (not tuning for it, just letting it help so it wont rely on it, in case it runs out, this is my daily)

the truck's mod list is about 20x that

It is shocking what these cars can do when modded right.
