I got the rear all apart and found a messed up axle retaining pin, and a spider gear that was kind of stuck, but no big reason for the vibration. In talking to the guy that put in the 3.73's, he told me about a condition that could warp the ring gear. low fluid level,.. or a leaky axle seal..... DOH!! any of you ever hear of a warped ring gear? Let me know.

No, there was some damage to the ball on one header. We repaired it previously but it just isn't quite right and he's trying to find a good one.

The header,..... ya,.. I crushed the ball on the pass side header trying to fix an exhaust leak . More torque will always fix it,... right? Anyway, I tried to fix it and it still leaks. If,... and I mean " IF ",... i fix the rear end before the end of the race season, I'd like to make play for the 11's and it won't be there with the exhaust leak. Thanks all.....

Nate

p.s. any headers out there?

p.p.s. just say no to turbo's
