what are my options for lowering the front of the car?

I know lowering the back of the car is a snap, I can use Adjustable Lower Control Arms, or do Coil Overs. both options are relatively cheap.

But what about the front? How do you lower the car without cutting the springs? the only option I can see is to do coil overs, and if you do that you have to get a new k-member and a-arms. then the cost can go into the thousands.

what do all of you do to get the car lower in the front?

just get a set of h&r SS springs and be done with it. Easy, fairly cheap, easy install for the front and the rear.

i already see you have h&r springs. are they the SS's?

you can always take out your isolators in the front if you havent done so already?

H&R SS's did the trick for me. I can only imagine how low it'd be without the iso's. But removing the iso's will drop it some too.

I've got the eibach pro kit but in addition to that I have a set of steeda X2 balljoints that I recently put in. If you install the ball joints without the spring spacers provided in the kit you get a fairly noticeable drop in the front.

h&r ss springs on my 2000 but i wanted the front a tad lower. pulled both isolators, top and bottom, from the front springs. whether it done any actual good or not, i used a bicycle inner tube over the top and bottom coils to minimize squeaking ( no noise to speak of yet ). front sits about a 1/2" lower with no isolators and gave me the exact stance i wanted.
