What are you excited about for your fox?

I have 2 sets of Cobra R wheels and tires for my Mustang. One set, the "17 set, I am leaving the argent color. My second set, the "16's that have my drag radials on for the rear, I am haveing those wheels powdercoated in black as I type this post, should be pretty cool looking when they are done. Can't wait to see them on my Mustang.

I'm excited about seeing how close to 4 digit horsepower I can get with an eBay turbo and a junkyard motor.

IF/when it pops, Ill just get another for $300 instead of crying about losing a built motor.

I know a guy who had a 10 second coupe who did this on a regular basis. He'd blow one up on Friday at the track and spend Friday night swapping another junkyard engine in, and then bracket race on Saturday running 10s again. Really though, in the long run if you're not careful and push it too hard you'll end up spending built engine prices in junkyard motors, when you could have had something built strong enough to take the abuse.

To be perfectly honest, I'm excited to just start the car and drive it around the block!! I have 2 Mustangs (a 94GT and an 03GT) and a Camaro (2010 SS)...and my 94 has been sitting. Nothing is wrong with it(other than basic restore crap). But I just haven't given her any attention. My 03 needs the fuel tank put back in. I dropped the Cobra tank I had and sold it. And I'm replacing that with a GT tank with a 255 LPH pump. So she has been sitting with no tank for a couple months. I figure I'll wrap that job up in the next couple days and then I'll be excited to hear her start up again!! I just did a 3" cat-back on my Camaro last Sunday so I'm excited every time I drive her!!

I have way too many things to do. I did just upgrade the brakes with drilled and slotted front rotors, new calipers, stainless steel brake hoses and new rear shoes and turned drums.

I have a pair of fabricated valve covers that are to replace the painted stockers that I have. I'm going to need an intake spacer to use them.

I have 2 new fenders to replace the rusted ones I have now. I just picked up lightweight doors. The beams have been removed from both and they have manual windows. I want to get new door panels so I'm looking around for those. I'm kinda looking around for a glass hood. I don't want a hood that's tacky looking. Maybe a 1" cowl or something like that. I'd also like to get the Cobra front bumper insert. And obviously a paint job at some point.

My 10 holes are nice but I'd like to get other wheels. Some MT drag radials for the back would be nice too. A new nitrous bottle bracket is on the list. I also need to do something with my radio. It's a HD radio but it sounds like crap. I've replaced the speakers and it still sounds like crap so I'm thinking that it's a problem with the head unit. I tried a small powered sub woofer but that just made it worse.

A 3G upgrade is on the list of things to do this year.

So yes, I have plenty to be excited about and to keep me busy. I figure in about 10 years it ought to be done. Right in time for me to start collecting social security.
