What brand of air intake is the best?

I think the best two air intakes are Mac and K&n. Which of the two give more horsepower? Are their any other brands better? I have a 1997 4.6 GT coupe 5spd.

theyre all pretty worthless. spend the money on a headswap

I would go with K&N.
