I have a McLeod dual friction in it right now, and I did a healthy clutch burnout last fall while trying to do a burnout in the water box ( ). I want something thats capable of holding 400+hp without killing the trans or my leg. I was pretty happy with the Mcleod, and I'll go with that again unless something else significantly comes along for the same amount of money.

Cmon :SNSign: help me out

And I did search, just looking for more input.

I just put in a Zoom clutch, when I called their tech support they told me this clutch was capable of handling 600ftlbs of torque, which is way more than I need, it also had a very short break in period which I liked.
From Summit the whole kit was $250.

I kinda like the stiffer pedal than stock tho. You guys with the KC, do you do ALOT of 1/4 racing, because I do, and I'll be cutting 1.6 60's with MT drag radials.

one of the local guys i talk to all the time whos also a member on here, just cant remeber his user name...blk91gt or somethin....anyway, he told me it was one of the best clutches he used cause he uses the car as a daily driver, but also races it on slicks with 4000rpm launches and it lasted a long time, and was a great value clutch...you should be fine on mt's...
