what color for a fox

i'm spending the cash and getting my 88 gt hach's body redone. all the dents are being removed and new trim and a great paint job.

i was thinking of and leaning towards getting dodge flame red

but i also like the GM ATOMIC ORNGE

i'm know the 1st one will look good on a fox but not sure about the other 2

Out of those three, Atomic. Take a look at Lexus' candy apple, its gorgeous and high quality paint. I have always loved GM's Iroc blue too, but it seems you're leanin towards a red/orange thang. Show some pics when you're done, and goodluck!

Repeatedly. First time I bought a car online and it was a turd. Floor was cracked in a dozen spots, the rad support was mangled. Car was sold to me as a GT but it was a LX with a GT body put on after its last major accident.
I was so glad to get rid of that car.

Thats why I bought it, it was shiney.
The pictures I had were dusk shots and it looked ok. I was talking to a Mustang broker and he told me about it cause he was going out to check it out. The next day he said he was gonna pass on it but it was a nice car. He said it needed new door handles, tires, locks and some brake work but he only buys perfect condition ones. Since he said it was nice just needed those little parts I believed him cause the cars he had been showing me were really top notch Foxes.
So I contacted the owner and he just lyied his ass off to me about the car. When I saw the car the first time in person I knew right away it was a huge mistake. It sounded awesom and was quick like hell but when you looked closley at everything you could see it was a hack job.
I put $2500 into it before I could drive it the first time and on that trip the hood flipped up and broke the windshield. Thats why it has that new hood in the pics.

I really like what ever blue that is they sprayed on the 03-04 cobras. that really dark blue. and there was a color that ford used on foxes, i think that it was called wild strawberry, not sure though.

I'm looking for a nice light metallic blue. Lighter than calypso or reef. More like a sky/baby really metallic blue. Anyone got anything for me? I see how the doors look now with the color going along the window border. I think I'll leave mine black.

But yeah, I would go with the Dodge Red. Loved that color, but I will never paint my car RED or Yellow EVER! Too many tickets in those colors.

I would say go any shade of blue, maybe grey metallic - or black.
Definitely black. The foxbody Mustang was born to wear black. Just ask Doc.

The color was called Sonic Blue and was only on the 03 Cobra. It was also avaliable on the GTs

that color would look flat sick on a fox with a black engine bay. hmmm maybe ill paint mine that blue and leave the bay black....

Try doing a search for bimini blue.

My coupe is wild strawberry metallic and so is Trbofox's latest 4-eye t-top project. Check out our respective project threads for pics

Checkout Jaguar's blues, a couple particularly...Frost Blue Metallic, and Azure Blue Metallic which is the darker of the two. They're real nice colors, beautiful on a hotrod, maybe a nice fox too
