What;s the original color and are you going to repaint the jambs, the engine bay and under the hatch too?

You mean aside from perfecting the assembly line and interchangeable parts, making cars a luxury the average man could afford, singlehandedly creating the American automobile industry, and designing and marketing the best selling automobiles of all time? Yeah, I guess he did...

About a month ago. Lots of minor issues to work out, but gives me something to tinker with. Do you know the car?

Kinda. I was looking at it. I really hated the flaming Ponys on the doors and didnt care for the wheels. I did like the blower setup though. Hows it run? If I remember that has a built axle and a TKO in it as well, does it not?

Runs VERY strong. Yeah, not thrilled with the airbrushing and wheels either. TKO, built rear end, Procharger, AFR heads, 5 lug conversion, Cobra brakes, the works. Had to rewire the electric fans and am going through the wiring which was not the previous owners strong suit.

I'll post a separate thread once presentable.

Sorry for the Hi-jack...

Check out the 1990 Mustang paint code MA. Light crystal blue metallic. It is a great color.

To the OP. Out of the 3 colors you've shown, I say go with the flame red.

The sunburst car looks nice.....but the doors don't look like they're fitting too well.

As the owner of a non factory color Fox let me say buying one that wasn't a normal color was the best thing I could have done. I was reluctant, at first, to buy an Orange car and I thought I was going to regret it. However, I can't believe all the attention this car gets. Even non car people stop me to talk about it. Everyone knows the Orange Mustang. I had even changed my driving habits over it. Just remember it attracts a lot of attention from everyone, normal people, cops, thieves, nosy neighbors who think it is too loud, etc...

I personally feel you can't go wrong with any of the Orange colors you picked but I like a more traditional Orange. Of course I am biased. My car is painted the 1996 Tangerine orange and is badly faded but it will get redone with 2004 Cobra Competition Orange one of these days.

They fit well. I had thoes black plastic rub strips on the edges. I had a narrow garrage and had to fix so much crap in the car I was forever knocking the doors into the walls and chipped the edges so I spent $2 to cover them up.
