It looks a bit more "blue" than Acapulco Blue, but I could be wrong. I'd bet it's something from a newer car, perhaps even a custom color. Looks to have some small metallic or even pearl in it, also.

Also noticed that after all the $$ spent on it, they used plain jane cheezy factory PCV valve cover caps, the rear one isn't even hooked up. Also think an oval air cleaner on a single four bbl carb is a waste. The Interstate battery also detracts from the overall look under the hood, kinda looks out of place.

I don't know about acapulco, it seems more like zookeeper said, in fact i am almost positive that it is the color I am opting for on my 65 coupe, acapulco blue metallic....looks real good with the lemans stripes, which again is what I plan to use on the coupe. Nice looking car.

By the way, that's the same rear wing I used on my big block 67 back in the 80's. I wonder??? The overall look is different, mine looked more like what a 67 version of the Mach I would have looked like--- Acapulco Blue, Flat black hood, rear spoiler, bumper didn't have all the scoops.

looks like saphire blue. a '66 color that actually started out as a t-bird color.
ford also used it as a late model color on their trucks and on the taurus...not sure what the late model name was though.
