What color to paint INSIDE the door?

Another door question, this one kindof silly. I'm re-skinning a door and I'm wondering what color I should paint the inside of the shell and the inside of the skin. I was going to paint it all black, but a friend though a brighter color like silver might make it easier to see when installing the lock, window, etc... because it would refleck more light. Thoughts?

I've got the shell epoxy primered, ready for some primer and color:

Just use POR15 silver.

It looks good, and will last forever inside that door. You may still have to use some primer.
