I'm installing a set of 4.10s into my '89 LX 5.0 Vert (AOD) and I'm not sure what else I need to get to complete the install. So far I've got the 4.10 ring and pinion(FRPP), a master bearing and install kit, a t-lok rebuild kit, and friction modifier. What else do I need? Will the white tooth speedo from Steeda.com help make my speedometer more accurate? Any help is appreciated.

Well, you'll need some 80w90 gear lube to fill it up, (3 quarts) silicone to put the rear cover back on, and you might as well change your axle seals and bearings while you're in there. Check out the condition of your brakes too since you'll be right there. Regarding your speedo gear, what size tires are you running? Maybe you can get by with the 21 tooth vs the 23 tooth.

Alright, you need the 23 tooth gear. Actually, you need a 23.39 tooth, but that doesn't exist. So, you'll be off just about 1 mph
