What do I need with my LT headers?

I have Hooker LT headers and matching o/r x-pipe. Do I need the O-2 extension or the M.I.L. eliminator? Or do I need both?

My Diablo Predator allows me to turn off the O2 Sensor. Does this serve the same purpose?

you do not need them. turn off the sensors with your predator.
