12* on 91 octane. I tried 14*, but on real hot days at WOT I would hear a slight ping. Backed it down to 12*, and no problems.

cleaned the maf
new ECT
new IAT
new cap
new rotor
new wires
new plugs
pulled the intake off and put on a cobra intake and 65mm tb
k&n
38psi with the hose off.
only knocks when the engine warms up adn above 4000rpm at wot when timing is back at factory 10* on 93 octane. I think I still get a slight ping at 7* with 93...........

If you figure it out let me know cause since I switched to a ported lower and a 80mm MAF I cant keep mine from pinging either. Right now Im running 8* on 91 cause that's as good as it gets in my area.
