Call Napa, you need a bit that is harder than the one you broke off. You still have one more shot at drilling that one out. These bits are available to machine shops.
I have been there and I know it will happen again. So I hope this will help? Depending where it is? Sometimes a dremel will work? Cut it so a slot/straight screwdriver will fit. Lace it with wd40 or similar or maybe heat it with a blow trorch if safe to do so? Then after cutting the slot try to extract it with a screw driver. Good luck. :canflag:
Dremmel with the diamond grinder tip cut it out like butter.
It was a water pump bolt(left most)
I had to pull the timing chain cover, drill it out, and re-thread it.
Talk about your nightmare water pump replacement job.
