I have mixed feelings. Its something different, but I almost like the look of nothing behind the horse...

I think those grills look good, but the fact there's no hood on the car in the pic is what's taking away from it. And I have to ask.....is that LS1 going in there??

Is that a 98 grille?

Do they make one without the horse?
I think I might like it plain.

I really want to see the hood on it. Keep us updated.

It's a piece of steel mesh that was cut to fit then painted black,it was on the car when i bought it but it was pretty rusty

Is it true though that 98s were the only SN95 to have an actual grille?
If so, has anyone done that conversion?

Sorry in advance for the hijacking!

Nice Grille. The smilies go in order expressing only what i wouldn't put into words over the motor swap. I would probably get flagged faster over what i would say than you posting GM motor pics in front of your mustang thats about to get a Frankenstein style lobotomy.

Oh yeah i likr the grille

I have the same stuff in the same spot on mine. I hated that open grill (looks like a piece is missing IMHO) so it's better than nothing (and now I kinda like it).

IIRC, awhile back Justin (Badstang123) posted some neat looking grill alternatives as well.

I think Will had mentioned you had an interesting project coming along here. I like unusual stuff. Let us know how it goes.
